I've found another code that sends the game into super speed (even the center runs at the normal speed of a point guard), but I'm not too sure how I did it. All I know is that I held down L and R shift and pounded on the A, B, and C buttons for awhile before hitting start. A lot more fun, and to me more like the speed the regular game should have been at (perhaps a bit slower). At these high speed spectacular dunks are much easier to pull off as well.
